Co-Worker of the Quarter: Meet Dustin Chaney

At our most recent quarterly meeting, we had the opportunity to recognize our new Co-Worker of the Quarter. It’s a pleasure to honor our wonderful team members in this way, and reminds us all over again how special the Plymate family truly is. We’re far from just a floor mat and uniform rental company. We’re a group of people that values our work and our relationships.

This quarter, we recognize Dustin Chaney for his outstanding work ethic and commitment. Dustin has been with Plymate since 2011 and serves as a Route Specialist, which means he knows the routes for 8 different service representatives. If a service rep is out sick or using PTO, he fills in for them. His geographic territory covers approximately 500 customers spanning Shelbyville, Scottsburg, Bloomington, and parts of southeast and downtown Indy.

When he isn’t with customers, Dustin loves spending time with his wife and two daughters. You can also find him working on classic cars, riding motorcycles, and off-roading!

Dustin is the first person to volunteer for anything that needs to be done. Whether it’s mat production, learning additional routes, or staying late to load trucks, Dustin shows up. He’s always looking for ways to improve the way we do business and make things better for our customers. Rather than simply pointing out problems, Dustin is quick to offer suggestions for solutions that make sense.

We love giving Dustin the recognition he deserves. He embodies all of our Plymate values so well. It’s a pleasure to announce him as our Co-Worker of the Quarter! Thanks for all you do, Dustin.
