Our Simple Billing System

Plymate's invoices are clear and concise.

You choose how much detail you want:

1. Activity and charges for the current week

2. Current charges plus six weeks of activity

If we cannot resolve your service concern to your satisfaction within 30 days, we will:

1. Cancel your service with Plymate

2. Refund your last month's rental fees in full

3. Pay the first month's rental fees of your new supplier

Before the Plymate supplied First Aid Kid was installed, it was always a struggle for our in house Safety Director to keep up with our first aid supplies. He wears a lot of hats and is pulled in a lot of directions. Now that the Plymate technician takes care of checking and stocking weekly, it frees our man up for other issues and provides a comfort level for our employees that a first aid item is always there.
